I. Auman Machine Co. is a very aggressive company looking for self-motivated employees who are willing to work a lot of hours and a lot of days. 

We are looking for CNC machine operators, with a twist. Not only will you be machining parts, but you will also your own inspector and do your own setups and deburring. The average number of consecutive days that you would be machining the same part is only two. Thus, you will see a variety of jobs. The more capable you are, the more machines and jobs you will handle. We are also looking for welders. 

If you are a career-oriented person with mechanical skills, we can take you from there and mold you into machine operators or welders.
