Thomas H. Bamford, APR

Having 30 years of strategic planning, marketing, and public relations experience in business and industry, Tom Bamford retired in 1995 from CoreStates Hamilton Bank as Senior Vice President and Lancaster Area Administrator. He has continued his business management career with the Lancaster Health Alliance. Accredited in public relations through the Philadelphia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, he has had extensive fund raising experience with dozens of non-profit organizations including Albright College, the United Way of Berks County and Lancaster's Fulton Opera House, Spanish American Civic Association, County Library, Housing Opportunities Partnership, and YMCA. He is a past chairman of the United Way of Lancaster County, and the Lancaster Family YMCA's Board and Foundation. He is a past president of the Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware Chapter of the Bank Marketing Association and, in 1992, served as president and CEO of Lancaster Celebration 250, Inc. He is currently a director of D&E; Communications, Inc., Ephrata, The Lancaster Campaign, the Rotary Club of Lancaster and the Louise von Hess Foundation for Medical Education.



Richard F. Charles, CFRE

Recently elected Vice President for Advancement, Emeritus of Lebanon Valley College, Dick Charles has been a senior development officer for more than twenty five years, serving as vice president at Wilkes University and in alumni and senior development capacities at Franklin & Marshall College. His career assignments include Hamilton Watch Company (director of public relations) and the American Red Cross in education and public information positions. He has been managing director of The Center for Fund Development, and has served on a wide variety of community boards, including the Fulton Opera House (Lancaster), the North Museum, Sordoni Art Gallery, the Urban League of Lancaster County, the Lancaster-Lebanon Boy Scout Council, and the Greater Annville Committee. He recently completed eight years as a national director of the American Cancer Society. Mr. Charles is a director of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Society of Fund Raising Executives.



John A. Synodinos, L.H.D.

President Emeritus of Lebanon Valley College, John Synodinos' career in higher education began in 1959 at The Johns Hopkins University. Successively increasing responsibilities in admissions, public relations and fund raising led him to become Vice President for Development at Franklin & Marshall College. He has served a consultant to more than thirty colleges and universities. Dr. Synodinos' many professional and community assignments include a national directorship for CASE, chair of CASE District II, and he helped found and has served as chairman of the board of the Pennsylvania School of Art and Design. He has been a director of many Pennsylvania and regional boards including Datatel's Scholarship Foundation, WITF/Harrisburg, the Fulton Opera House in Lancaster and the Lebanon Valley Economic Development Corporation. He is currently a board member of the South Central Assembly for Effective Governance and The Children's School of Lebanon.



Bruce L. Wilson, Ph.D. (Managing Principal)

With over thirty-five years in higher education service, Bruce Wilson has held faculty appointments at the University of Minnesota and Pennsylvania State University. He has also been associated with independent colleges in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and California as faculty, academic dean, chief advancement officer, executive vice president and president. His affiliations have included the Foundation for Independent Colleges of Pennsylvania, and regional Pennsylvania higher-education planning commissions. Dr. Wilson has conducted seminars for the American Council on Education, National Council for the Advancement of Experimental Learning, and the National Center for Strategic Planning and Resource Development. He has also been a board member of public/private university consortia, fund raising consortia, health-care and arts organizations, and regional chambers of commerce.
